With separate evidence-based programs tailored to the specific needs of young men and women, it is the only Centre of its kind in Eastern Ontario
A safe place for a fresh start, that's what the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Center is. Located in Ottawa, the Centre is a community based agency that helps youth 13-21 overcome substance use and achieve a healthier lifestyle through a compassionate evidence-based approach .
The Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre has already helped over 17,000 youth and their families from all walks of life who are impacted by the use of substances. By utilizing a harm reduction approach, they offer comprehensive assessments, live-in treatment, post-live-in continuing care and family support services.
Operating since 1993, the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Center is the only Centre of its kind in Eastern Ontario, so let’s work together to keep this important mission going.
